How soon will I receive my item?

Our items are handmade and created by myself, most orders are dispatched within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note 14 days is before dispatch - please allow 2-5 working days for postage.  

My order arrived damaged. What can I do? 

We pack our orders to ensure that they are able to withstand being courier to wherever you are in the UK. However occasionally our items are damaged on route to their new owners. Please email [email protected] with photos of the damage and we will send out a replacement product.

Do you accept returns/offer refunds? 

Most of our products are non returnable due to being bespoke and personalised.

If your item is a standard item and not personalised we can offer a refund if the item is in resalable condition.
